A person trying to lose weight starts a diet and even a workout routine. In the beginning, they're super excited and motivated. They begin watching what they eat, working out regularly, and may even see some results. However, as time goes on, they eventually gain back all of the weight they lost, or even worse, a lot more!
Wait...what? So what happened?
What happened was that they didn't implement the proper strategy, their motivation faded, they did not remain consistent, and so they ended up right back where they started. Sounds horrible...right?
